Feelings Wheel

Naming our feelings can have such a positive effect. Naming what we’re feeling without judgement has a tremendous impact and can help lower their intensity. And lowering the intensity allows us then to respond with greater self-control.

When we know the words and use them, we can shift from feelings of powerlessness to a feeling of strength. Name it to claim it !
